Before and After

What to expect from your ForeverYoung Photofacial?

After your skin is analyzed and cleansed, a topical gel is applied (as needed) to the treatment area. Our trained clinicians will then gently glide a specially designed handpiece over the treatment area. Cooling of the skin surface via the handpiece tip ensures additional safety and comfort during this gentle procedure. Treatments can be used on different areas of the body. The most common areas of treatment are zones that are regularly exposed to the sun. These often include the face, neck, décolleté, legs, hands and arms. Depending on the area treated and your specific skin type and condition, each Photofacial only takes between 15 to 30 minutes.

Photofacial Aftercare

Immediately following a Photofacial treatment, you will be free to resume your daily activities. A brief period of redness is the most common side effect of the treatment. This can easily be covered up with foundation or concealer until the redness subsides, usually within a day or two. The treated spots may begin to darken and this typically subsides within a day or two. Over the course of the next one to three weeks, the darkened spots will fade. Results are cumulative and desired improvement of skin tone is typically achieved in 3 to 5 treatment sessions.

While each person is different, most of our guests achieve excellent results from our skin rejuvenation programs. Even so, you will continue to age as you expose yourself to the sun and other environmental elements. What you can do is come back for regular touch-ups. Our clinicians will recommend the best maintenance plan for you.

OUR IN-OFFICE TREATMENTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE COMPLIMENTED BY A CUSTOM HOMECARE REGIMEN. YOU MUST DO YOUR PART AND KEEP UP WITH OUR RECOMMENDED SKIN CARE PLAN.

ForeverYoung MedSpa offers the most advanced pharmaceutical skin care products to provide a comprehensive results-oriented treatment.
